Help Food & Friends prepare for the holidays with a volunteer shift on Monday, Nov. 4. Food & Friends depends on thousands of volunteers every year to carry out the mission of delivering nutritious meals to those battling serious illnesses. Join us to help prepare and package meals in the kitchen that will deliver meals to clients’ doors. Food & Friends asks that all participating members arrive by 12:30 p.m. (1 p.m. shift) in order to receive a proper orientation and be in their workstations at the top of the shift. Its operations rely on volunteers so your punctuality is vital. Please register on GCAAR's website, then create an account for Food & Friends to volunteer.
