License expiration dates extended

During his news conference on March 12, Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan indicated he has enacted an executive order allowing for the extension of all expiration dates for professional licenses issued by Maryland state agencies until the 30th day after the Maryland state of emergency ends. If you have questions regarding your real estate license expiration date, or if you would like to request an extension, please contact the Maryland Real Estate Commission (MREC) directly.
