Introducing GCAAR's Profession Sessions

GCAAR is excited to introduce the Profession Sessions! While you are practicing "Safer at Home," join us for virtual sessions designed to help you hone your craft, earn a new certification or designation, and get answers to questions you may not have even known you had. The Profession Sessions is a series of webinars, events and classes offered virtually through the month of May and beyond, including a few CE classes for DC and Virginia. Our Class and Events Calendar provides the current list of subjects, dates and times. Be sure to check back regularly for more offerings.

License expiration dates extended

During his news conference on March 12, Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan indicated he has enacted an executive order allowing for the extension of all expiration dates for professional licenses issued by Maryland state agencies until the 30th day after the Maryland state of emergency ends. If you have questions regarding your real estate license expiration date, or if you would like to request an extension, please contact the Maryland Real Estate Commission (MREC) directly.
