GCAAR member dues renewal

GCAAR will post 2024 annual dues invoices for active GCAAR members on Oct. 1, 2023.

    Inactive status/referral company

If you are planning to go into inactive status or transfer into a referral company, please submit a termination form by close of business on December 31, 2023. You can find the form here.

GCAAR will confirm with the real estate commission(s) that your license(s) are indeed inactive or with a referral company. If they are not, we will not be able to process the termination.

Thank you for being a GCAAR member! We look forward to continuing to serve you.
