Stop by Member Services in-person as a walk-in or with an appointment. You can also schedule a curbside pick-up appointment at our Rockville, MD, or Washington, D.C. office. Curbside pick-ups must be scheduled in advance. Available time slots are between 8:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. Monday – Friday.
Upon arrival, one of our Member Services Representative will place your package into your trunk or backseat through an open window, with no contact.
Shipping is another available option for your REALTOR® items! Place an order for SentriLock products and sign riders and have them shipped (by UPS) directly to your door. Shipments are sent out each Thursday morning, so product is received by Friday afternoon/evening.
