Interested in teaching for GCAAR?

GCAAR is committed to maintaining the highest quality education for our members. We welcome both existing and prospective instructors to apply and share their expertise through our course offerings.

All individuals interested in teaching must complete an official application, submit a video (up to 90 seconds) demonstrating their teaching style on a relevant topic, and meet the following qualifications:

  • Be a GCAAR member in good standing. 

  • Have three to five years of experience, either: 

    • as an active, licensed REALTOR® (for brokers and salespersons), OR 

    • in a real estate-related industry (for affiliate members). 

  • Have a minimum of three years of training or teaching experience. 

  • Demonstrate competency in teaching their identified subject matter. 

After submitting the application, applicants will be contacted by the Education Department with further instructions and updates on their submission status.
