Welcome to GCAAR

When you join GCAAR as a primary REALTOR® member, you agree to take the GCAAR New Member Orientation (NMO) and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) NMO Code of Ethics within 90 days of joining. Failure to complete both portions of the new member requirement will lead to suspension of your membership and member benefits access (i.e., SentriLock services and GCAAR contract forms). Please don't delay - take your New Member Orientation today!

2025 GCAAR New Member Orientation schedule

The GCAAR New Member Orientation is currently offered via Zoom. You will receive the Zoom link and class instructions for the class you’ve registered for by close of business the day before the orientation, and again in a reminder email two hours prior to the orientation.

To complete the virtual new member orientation, you agree to the following:

  • To be on time.
  • To be on camera, visible and engaged throughout the orientation. This means no driving, no walking around, no phone calls or other distractions.
  • That GCAAR reserves the right to decline you completing the orientation if you are not in an environment conducive to learning.

Please send your registration request at least 48 business hours prior to the start of the orientation. Should you need to reschedule, email GCAAR new member applications a minimum of 24 hours before the class starts. If you are within the 24-hour window or do not attend the orientation you are registered for, there will be a $10 rescheduling fee.

NAR online New Member Orientation (NMO) Code of Ethics portion of the new member requirement

Once you have completed the NAR online NMO Code of Ethics training, please send your completion certificate to GCAAR new member applications. GCAAR needs this to confirm you have fulfilled this portion of your new member requirement.

Note that, if you transferred from another REALTOR® association or are rejoining GCAAR, you will need to take the NAR Code of Ethics training since you previously took NAR NMO Code of Ethics.
