Notice of transfer
If you need to update your office information, please complete the Notice of Transfer Form. Note that GCAAR will confirm the information provided on the form with the Real Estate Commission(s).

Letter of good standing
To request that a letter of good standing be sent to you and/or a REALTOR® association you are joining, please email membershiprecords@gcaar.com. Requests will be processed within 24 business hours of receipt.

Notice of termination

If you need to terminate your GCAAR membership for one of the following reasons, please complete the Notice of Termination Form.

  • No longer holding an active real estate license
  • Transferred your real estate license to a referral company
  • Transferred your REALTOR® membership to another REALTOR® association
  • Transferred your real estate license to a brokerage not affiliated with NAR and/or GCAAR.

Note that GCAAR will confirm the information provided on the form with the Real Estate Commission(s) and/or National Association of REALTORS® database.
