GCAAR CE classes are currently offered virtually and in person
GCAAR is pleased to offer Maryland, D.C. and Virginia CE classes, designation and certification offerings and non-CE webinars.
Starting January 1, 2025, GCAAR will offer virtual education and limited in person CE classes at no-cost to GCAAR members. Take a look at our calendar below for a list of classes offered online or in person.
Registration for all CE classes closes two hours prior to the start of class.
**In order to earn credit for attending your CE classes, you agree to the following, per real estate Commission rules and GCAAR distant education policy.**
Virtual:
- To be on time.
- To be recorded.
- To be on camera, clearly visible on screen and in a stationary setting that is conducive to learning. This means no driving, no walking around, no phone calls or other distractions.
- No backgrounds are allowed, but blurring is permitted.
- That you have ensured that your computer, camera and mic are working prior to class. Tech support is not available throughout class.
- That GCAAR reserves the right to decline to issue credit if you are not in compliance.
In person:
- To be on time.
- To be present and engaged only with the class throughout the entire class.
- That the use of all electronic devices (cell phones, laptops, tablets, etc.) is prohibited during class.
- GCAAR reserves the right to decline to issue credit if you are not in compliance.

If you are unable to attend your class, here is a guide to cancel your class, as you must do so via "My Account" on gcaar.com 48 hours prior to class.

Note: CE classes are reported to the respective Commissions for credits within 14 business days. Do not register for a class if your license expires within 14 business days after the class, as GCAAR makes no guarantee that your class will be reported prior to 14 business days.
