NAR REALTOR® requirements
As a member of NAR, you must complete two requirements by December 31, 20274:
- A minimum of 2.5 hours of approved Code of Ethics coursework to maintain your membership.
- A Fair Housing training course, as part of NAR’s ongoing commitment to Fair Housing.
