Emeritus status is offered by REALTOR® associations to recognize an individual's contributions and longevity to the REALTOR® community and industry.
Each level of the REALTOR® associations (local, state, and national) have their own Emeritus Status programs, with their own criteria for eligibility. If you are approved for Emeritus Status through one association, it does not mean necessarily mean that you are granted Emeritus Status through other associations.
If you are a GCAAR member interested in Emeritus Status, please see the corresponding sections below. Note that the GCAAR applications can be filled out digitally, but you must download the application after completing the other sections and digitally sign in Adobe.
The application process for 2024 is closed. If you have any questions, please email memberservices@gcaar.com.
