GCAAR

Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors®

Emeritus Programs

GCAAR Emeritus Status is offered to recognize an individual's contributions and longevity to our local REALTOR® community and industry.

Applications for GCAAR Emeritus Status can be filled out digitally, but you must download the application after completing the other sections and digitally sign in Adobe. Please send the application, along with supporting documentation, to membershiprecords@gcaar.com.

Each year, the application process opens in May. Applications are due to GCAAR by July 31 preceding the fall billing cycle. Applications are reviewed in August and applicants will be notified if they have been granted GCAAR Emeritus Status in early September.

Please note: If you are granted GCAAR Emeritus Status, it does not mean that you are granted Emeritus Status through another local REALTOR® association, state REALTOR® association or National Association of REALTORS®. Visit your primary state REALTOR® association and/or the National Association of REALTORS® website for their Emeritus Programs. For any other questions about GCAAR Emeritus Status, please contact membershiprecords@gcaar.com.
