Rockville, MD Office - 15201 Diamondback Drive

In Rockville, we offer free parking, vending machines, conference calling, complimentary coffee and water service, internet access and presentation equipment (projection screens, podium, sound system, LCD projector, and whiteboards).

The below are Member/Non-member prices for rentals in the Rockville Office. A 25% discount will be offered for three or more bookings (either consecutive dates or a series of dates). Rentals are available during regular business hours (M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

ROOM RENTAL POLICY

Real estate industry continuing education, designation, or other education programming can only be held in GCAAR space when GCAAR is a partnering entity. GCAAR will occasionally partner with other associations, councils, or networking groups within the NAR organizational framework to co-present educational offerings when of interest to our membership; in such situations GCAAR may help host the educational event. Member brokerages can rent GCAAR space for certain programming for their agents and staff. GCAAR space cannot be used by brokers to recruit agents from other member brokerages.

GCAAR reserves the right to decline to rent space to any individual or entity.
