GCAAR

Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors®

Welcome, new members! We're glad you're here!

When you joined GCAAR, you joined a premier REALTOR® organization. Our New Member Orientation will help you understand what your membership can do for you. You will learn about your member benefits, education opportunities, your REALTOR® Party, how to get involved in your REALTOR® association, Code of Ethics and so much more.

Sign up to attend the GCAAR New Member Orientation and Code of Ethics class today. Please review the schedule below and email newmember@gcaar.com with the date you would like to attend. Keep in mind, all new primary REALTOR® members must take the orientation and Code of Ethics course within 180 days of joining GCAAR. Failure to attend will lead to suspension of your membership and member benefit access (i.e. SentriLock services and zipForms® Plus).
