GCAAR

Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors®

Welcome, new members! We're glad you're here!

When you joined GCAAR, you joined a premier REALTOR® organization. Our New Member Orientation will help you understand what your membership can do for you. You will learn about your member benefits, education opportunities, your REALTOR® Party, how to get involved in your REALTOR® association and so much more.

Sign up to attend the GCAAR New Member Orientation today. Please review the schedule below and email newmember@gcaar.com with the date you would like to attend. Keep in mind, all new primary REALTOR® members must take the GCAAR new member orientation and NAR NMO Code of Ethics within 90 days of joining GCAAR. Failure to complete both portions of the member requirement will lead to suspension of your membership and member benefit access (i.e. SentriLock services and GCAAR contract forms services).
