Become a GCAAR Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Champion

GCAAR established the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Champions Program to give participants the opportunity to enhance your knowledge and understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion and achieve personal growth and support your business.

The program features three key diversity training elements:

• The At Home with Diversity® (AHWD) certification course
  • Take the next AHWD course virtually with GCAAR on October 23 & 24, 9 a.m. to noon each day. GCAAR members can register at no cost!

• NAR’s Fairhaven fair housing simulation
  • If you are an affiliate or non-REALTOR® member taking Fairhaven, please remember to send GCAAR your certificate of completion. 
• NAR’s Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing video

This program is FREE to GCAAR members. GCAAR is offering AHWD four times a year for free to our members. NAR's Fairhaven is free to all NAR members (GCAAR affiliates members can get a code to take the simulation for free by emailing dei@gcaar.com.) Bias Override is also free and available on NAR's website.
