Classes

The following courses are available at REALTOR® Fest 2020. To register for classes, you must first register for REALTOR® Fest.

Required courses

The following courses are the core, required classes for each jurisdiction. The courses are required for the jurisdiction noted in the course title, and certain classes also offer elective credits for other jurisdictions. For example, Maryland Legislative Update provides 3.0 required credits for Maryland and 3.0 elective credits for D.C., but it does not provide any credits to Virginia.
