In order to continue offering members high-quality education, GCAAR has made several changes to the pricing structure of its continuing education (CE) classes. As a grace period during the pricing transition, rates for 2021 will continue to apply to January 2022 classes. Effective Feb. 1, 2022, the following rates will be in effect:
| Hourly rate | Member | Non-member |
| Early bird | $8 x hour | $12 x hour + $20 |
| Regular (day of class, day before class) | $12 x hour | $12 x hour + $20 |
The new hourly pricing rate more accurately reflects the time attendees spend in class.
It also enables GCAAR to continue investing in course design and instructional techniques through its Train the Trainer program and added instructional oversight. This brings GCAAR’s pricing structure in line with industry standard rates and other REALTOR® associations in the area.
Notably, GCAAR has eliminated early-bird pricing for non-members to emphasize the value of joining GCAAR in order to receive the discounted rate. Members and non-members alike will be charged regular pricing when registering the day before and the day of class.
