If Montgomery County schools are closed, all GCAAR classes/events are cancelled. If the schools are on a delayed opening schedule, morning classes will begin at 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise noted. GCAAR will gladly refund your registration fee if you are unable to attend a class or event due to extreme weather conditions. If you are concerned a class or event might be cancelled, please call 301.590.2000 for any updates.
