VIRTUAL: DC Fair Housing

CREDITS: 3.0 REQUIRED hours for DC licensees. NO ELECTIVE CREDITS. This class fulfill your DC 3.0hr requirement for your renewal, and your NAR 2.0hr requirement for cycle 1 Fair Housing Requirement.

PLEASE NOTE: For MD and VA licensees looking to earn their DC license, this is one of two classes you must take before sitting for the law portion of the DC exam. Please see our calendar for the second course, 3-hr DC Property Management.

***For each virtual class, the connection instructions email with the Zoom link, compliance details, and course materials is sent by 5 pm ET the business day before the class (i.e. Friday for a Monday class, Tuesday for a Wednesday class), as well as again in a reminder two hours prior to class.
