VIRTUAL: Material Facts/Latent Defects

Confidentiality and Disclosure in Real Estate: Navigating What You Need to Know

In this course, you’ll gain a deep understanding of when and how material and confidential facts should be disclosed by licensees and sellers. We’ll explore the critical conditions under which disclosure is required, helping you navigate the fine line between confidentiality and transparency in real estate transactions. By the end of the course, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge to handle sensitive information with confidence, ensuring you stay compliant while serving your clients' best interests.
