This is a GCAAR On The GO class held for our member brokerages so space is limited to 5 outside registrations. This class is the same content as our regular CE class and you earn credit in the same manner.

CREDITS: 3.0 ELECTIVE hours for MD and DC licensees.

This class provides a thorough walk through of each paragraph of the Maryland REALTORS® Residential Contract of Sale for a better understanding of its contents. We will discuss what should occur prior to the writing of an offer--initialing, signatures and dates will also be covered.
