**By registering for this class, you agree: 1) To be on time 2) To be recorded 3) To be on camera, clearly visible on screen and in a stationary setting that is conducive to learning. CREDITS: 3.0 ELECTIVE hours for MD and DC licensees.

In this 3 hour course, students will gain critical insight into specific clauses of the GCAAR Sales Contract and learn what questions arise that may trip up agents while completing. A thorough walk-through of the contract covering topics including but not limited to deposits, lead-based paint, and titles will be provided.
