We are excited to offer, for the first time, the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) Certification: What Real Estate Professionals Need to Know.

This course is designed is for REALTORS® who want to hone the skills that will allow them to help buyers and sellers of distressed properties.

What You Gain:

In order to earn the certification, you must: 1) Actively participate on camera in all hours of the course across both days; 2) Be a REALTOR® member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR); and 3) Submit an application and pay a one-time fee of $175 to NAR after successfully completing the course.
