Comparable provisions of the DC Code of Ethics for Real Estate Brokers, Salespersons and Property Managers will be compared and contrasted with the NAR Code of Ethics. Both will be discussed as all licensees may use both systems and should be aware of the procedures and requirements associated with enforcement of the Code. The class meets the NAR membership requirement.
