***For each virtual class, the connection instructions email with the Zoom link, compliance details, and course materials is sent by 5 pm ET the business day before the class (i.e., Friday for a Monday class, Tuesday for a Wednesday class), as well as again in a reminder two hours prior to class.

Recent Updates:
- New Seller Concession Fields: Available at listing entry and close for better agent-client communication.
- Client Disclosure Form: Newly available to ensure clarity and compliance.
Upcoming August:
- Removal of Compensation Fields: Eliminated from Bright and all reports to comply with the NAR settlement.
- Unlimited Coming Soon Status: The 21-day limit will be removed, requiring only the Expected On-Market Date.
- Listings Entry Clarification: MLS Entry Date must be within 2 days of the listing term beginning, which is the first date any potential buyer may learn about the property
- New Disclosure Form Requirement: Mandatory for all clients, providing essential disclosures and clarifying MLS marketing opportunities.
