VIRTUAL: Septic Systems

CREDITS: 1.5 ELECTIVE hours for MD and DC licensees.

This concise, one-hour course equips real estate professionals with essential knowledge about septic systems. Participants will learn about the basic components and types of septic systems, their operation, and maintenance. The course emphasizes the role of septic systems in real estate transactions, covering important aspects of disclosures, inspections, and regulatory frameworks. It also highlights the pivotal role of Realtors in advocating for septic system education and maintenance. By the end of this session, attendees will have a foundational understanding of septic systems and their impact on real estate practices.

***For each virtual class, the connection instructions email with the Zoom link, compliance details, and course materials is sent by 5 pm ET the business day before the class (i.e. Friday for a Monday class, Tuesday for a Wednesday class), as well as again in a reminder two hours prior to class.
