CREDITS: 3.0 REQUIRED hours for DC Broker licensees and 3.0 ELECTIVE hours for DC Salesperson licensees.
This is a newly-required CE course for DC broker licensees as of the 2021-2023 cycle. During this course, key concepts discussed include the broker’s supervisory obligations and licensure requirements; the powers of the Boards/Commission and the most common violations in practice as seen by DCREC; prohibited acts; agency; advertising and supervision; independent contractors and supervision; and document review.
***For each virtual class, the connection instructions email with the Zoom link, compliance details, and course materials is sent by 5 pm ET the business day before the class (i.e. Friday for a Monday class, Tuesday for a Wednesday class), as well as again in a reminder two hours prior to class.
