VIRTUAL: Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation

**This course will be held virtually. By registering for this class, you agree 1) To be on time 2) To be recorded 3) To be on camera, visible and engaged only in the class throughout the class. This means no driving, walking around, no phone calls or other distractions 4) That GCAAR reserves the right to decline to issue credit if you are not in an environment conducive to learning. 5) That you have ensured that your computer, camera and mic are working prior to class. Tech support is not available on classes.

This is a three-day class meeting on October 25th, 26th, and 27th from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM each day. YOU MUST BE PRESENT AND ON CAMERA ALL HOURS OF ALL 3 DAYS--THERE IS NO PARTIAL CREDIT NOR MAKEUP DAYS AVAILABLE.

Credits: 6.0 hours for MD licensees (approved) & 6 hours for D.C. licensees (pending approval)

The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The SRS designation is owned & conferred by The Real Estate Business Institute (REBI), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®

This course delivers a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training, and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace.

Learning outcomes include:

-Increasing your listings and growing your business.

-Demonstrating and communicating your value package to seller clients.

-Applying the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice during the process.

-Understanding and complying with state license laws when representing sellers.

-Gaining methods, tools, and techniques to provide the support and services that sellers want and need.

Completing the SRS® designation course is the first step toward earning your SRS® designation. These additional steps include doing the following after taking this course: 1) Successfully completing one applicable elective course; 2) Submitting the designation application including three closed transactions representing the seller; 3) Being a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR); and 4) Paying $99 to REBI, an educational affiliate of NAR, to renew the designation annually (first 12 months are free).
