The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The SRS designation is owned & conferred by The Real Estate Business Institute (REBI), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®
This course delivers a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training, and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace.
Learning outcomes include:
-Increasing your listings and growing your business.
-Demonstrating and communicating your value package to seller clients.
-Applying the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice during the process.
-Understanding and complying with state license laws when representing sellers.
-Gaining methods, tools, and techniques to provide the support and services that sellers want and need.
Completing the SRS® designation course is the first step toward earning your SRS® designation. These additional steps include doing the following after taking this course: 1) Successfully completing one applicable elective course; 2) Submitting the designation application including three closed transactions representing the seller; 3) Being a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR); and 4) Paying $99 to REBI, an educational affiliate of NAR, to renew the designation annually (first 12 months are free).
