CREDITS: 1.5 ELECTIVE hours for MD and DC licensees, and 1.0 ELECTIVE hours for VA licensees.  

We know that the best way to work with your client is to understand how much house they can afford. This class will dig into what goes into getting your client pre-approved for a mortgage and how the process works.
