3.0 ELECTIVE hours for MD and DC licensees. A detailed discussion of Maryland's agency law regarding proper understanding, use, and preparation of agency disclosure forms. Emphasis placed on disclosure forms for transactions involving unrepresented buyers, for sale by owners, dual agency within teams, and special cases such as required disclosure during an Open House. Numerous examples illustrating day-to-day disclosure situations encountered by Maryland licensees will be discussed.
