3.0 elective hours for MD, DC and VA licensees. This class will outline what we should all be doing to ensure the best results of selling the property at the highest possible price. Topics to be covered in the class include - the seller/agent relationship, developing plans to sell the house as quickly as possible and understanding how to build trust and make the relationship a win-win proposition.
