Attention Active DC Licensees!

If you're a licensed DC salesperson, your license expires on August 31, 2019 . Don’t miss the deadline: complete your continuing education (CE) requirements and renew your license today! Note: this does not apply to real estate broker or property manager licenses – which expired on February 28, 2019. To renew, you must complete 15 hours of approved CE credits in the following subjects:

DC Fair Housing                     3 Hours
DC Legislative Update                     3 Hours
DC Ethics                     3 Hours

General Elective                       6 Hours

GCAAR is here to help! We’re offering all of the required classes in one day for your convenience – see the list below. The majority of GCAAR classes also fulfill your DC general elective requirements.   Visit our Class and Event Calendar to find your six hours of electives.
