GCAAR announces candidates for 2021 Board of Directors

It’s time to begin the election process for next year’s GCAAR Board of Directors! In compliance with Article XI, Section 5(A) of our Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (GCAAR) bylaws, the GCAAR Nominating Committee has nominated the following individuals to offices on the 2021 GCAAR Board of Directors, as indicated, subject to their election by the membership.  
The election will be held by electronic ballot beginning November 2, 2020, and ending November 22 at midnight. Candidate biographies are coming soon. 


  • Immediate Past President: Danai Sky, Urban Pace                                         
  • President: Jan Brito, Compass 
  • President-Elect: Harrison Beacher, Keller Williams Capital Properties* 
  • Secretary: Avi Adler, Long & Foster Real Estate Inc.* 

Directors up for election, two-year term:
