Maria (Ruby) Garcia

Ruby Garcia, with Keller Williams Capital Properties, has lived in the Washington, D.C. region for more than 35 years, licensed for 20 of those years as a REALTOR®. She has her ABR® C2EX, CIPS® and AHWD® designations and certifications and enjoys using her knowledge to mentor newer agents in the industry. Ruby most recently received the CIPS® designation to take her passion for diversity, equity and inclusion to a global scale. She has served the GCAAR Community Service Committee for five years and currently serves as chair of the committee. Ruby also has held volunteer positions on many committees at the local and state levels. 

Ruby thoroughly enjoys her role as a productivity coach, empowering agents to build successful businesses through support and accountability. She also focuses on creating long-lasting relationships built on trust, work ethic and experience. Her passion for helping others and serving her community expands beyond the real estate industry, showing through her volunteer efforts with local nonprofits such as Comfort Cases, Tourette Association of America Mid-Atlantic Chapter (TAAMAC), Capital Area Food Bank, Food & Friends and Interfaith Works.
