April Contee

April Contee is a seasoned real estate professional with a wealth of experience and a passion for serving her clients and community. Licensed in the District of Columbia and Maryland, April has been an active REALTOR since 2007. 

 As the Principal Broker and Owner of EXQ Real Estate, April serves as the State Representative for the District of Columbia on the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Broker Engagement Council. She is also actively involved with GCAAR, on its Board of Directors and the Public Policy Committee. Additionally, April is the Education Chair for the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) in the MD/D.C. region. 

April has volunteered for various roles within the real estate community, including as an At-Large State Political Coordinator for the District of Columbia Association of REALTORS® (DCAR) and on the DCAR Board of Directors. Her commitment to the REALTOR® Party is evident through her status as a Major Investor.  

In her spare time, April enjoys indulging in self-care at the spa, exploring the beautiful beaches of the Bahamas and savoring culinary delights at fine dining establishments.
