In 2010, Anthony graduated from Howard University with a B.A. in Legal Communications. Since graduating, he has consulted on the buying, selling, investing and operating of real estate inside the D.C., MD and VA metro area.
In 2022 & 2023, he served as presidential appointee to the DCAR Board of Directors as Public Policy Chair, leading initiatives such as securing a $144,000 rent-control grant and a $5,000 fair-housing grant. In 2022, he served on NAR’s Housing Opportunity Committee and as D.C.’s RPAC Participation Council representative in 2023. In 2024, he was again a presidential appointee to the DCAR Board of Directors as the Rent Control Research Team liaison. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS®.
Anthony is an Arello-Certified Distance Learning Educator and has completed the NAIOP Advanced Study in Commercial Real Estate Development and the Novogradac Community Development Certificate. He is also a CCIM candidate and a HUD-certified housing counselor.
