James T. Kim

James T. Kim with McEnearney Associates Inc. has been an active GCAAR member since 2016. He’s served on multiple committees (Young Professionals Network, Events and Grievance) and enjoys the camaraderie – and making sure the voices of REALTOR® members are heard.  

James believes the key to making his clients successful is taking an approach based on integrity—to his clients' goals, to best practices and to the real estate profession. Having previously worked in commercial real estate in Paris, James knows honesty and communication are fundamental to providing clients with the tools to achieve their goals, and that communication with other REALTORS® is just as paramount.  

An avid enthusiast of Thomas Jefferson, James follows the maxim of lifelong learning—whether that be using the latest technologies to ensure his listings are getting the most visibility, or teaching his clients how to maximize the value of their purchases. 

In his free time, James enjoys studying foreign languages, exploring different cultures, tasting his way through the D.C. food scene and belting out ballads at karaoke bars.
