April Contee

April Contee is a seasoned real estate professional with a wealth of experience and a passion for serving her clients and community. Licensed in the District of Columbia and Maryland, April has been an active REALTOR since 2007.

As the Principal Broker/Owner of EXQ Real Estate, April leads with integrity and dedication, providing top-notch service to both residential and commercial real estate clients, along with comprehensive property management services.

April is deeply committed to industry advocacy and leadership. She currently volunteers and serves on the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Broker Engagement Council as the State Representative for the District of Columbia. Additionally, she is actively involved in the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR) where she serves on the Board of Directors and the Public Policy Committee. She also serves as the Education Chair for the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) MD/DC Region.

Throughout her career, April has dedicated her time and expertise to various roles within the real estate community, including volunteering as an At-Large State Political Coordinator for the District of Columbia Association of Realtors (DCAR) and serving on the DCAR Board of Directors. Her commitment to the REALTOR Party is evident through her status as a Major Investor.
