Anthony Graham

In 2010, Anthony graduated from Howard University with a B.A. in Legal Communications. Since graduating, he has consulted on the buying, selling, investing and operating of real estate inside the D.C., MD and VA metro area. Anthony also works as assistant manager of a 430 Licensee Brokerage. 

Anthony has served NAR, DCAR and GCAAR throughout his entire 12-year career in real estate. He has served on GCAAR’s Grievance Committee for the last three years. In 2022 & 2023, he’s served as Presidential Appointee to the DCAR Board of Directors as Public Policy Chair, leading initiatives such as: securing a $144,000 rent control grant and a $5,000 fair housing grant. In 2022, he served on NAR’s Housing Opportunity Committee and D.C.’s RPAC Participation Council representative in 2023. 

Anthony is an Arello-Certified Distance Learning Educator and has completed the NAIOP Advanced Study in Commercial Real Estate Development and the Novogradac Community Development Certificate. He is also a CCIM Candidate and a HUD Certified Housing Counselor & Agency candidate.
