Harrison Beacher, with Keller Williams Capital Properties’ Capitol Hill office, is managing partner of the Coalition Properties Group, along with his business partners Ryan Butler and Keith James.
Harrison has worked as a REALTOR® since graduating from Georgetown University in 2008, where he studied studio art and theology. He grew up in the D.C. area, attending Montgomery County Public Schools and St. John’s College High School. In 2016, Harrison was honored among NAR REALTOR® Magazine’s “30 under 30.”
In 2022, Harrison serves as GCAAR president, DCAR’s at-large director, NAR director representing D.C. and national Broker Engagement Council chair. Harrison has served on the NAR Young Professionals Network National Advisory Board as RPAC participation council representative, as vice chair of the Major Investor Council and on the Risk Management Committee. Harrison started his association work with the YPN committee in 2014.
Currently living in Northeast D.C.’s Michigan Park with his wife and their two dogs, Harrison loves watching “Star Trek,” dystopian science fiction or “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives;” making playlists and re-living his days as a DJ in D.C., enjoying memes and traveling to places with delicious food and drinks, great music, nightlife and warm weather.
