The Washington DC Association of REALTORS® (WDCAR) serves as a state-level association representing nearly 3,000 residential and commercial REALTORS® who are licensed in the District of Columbia.
Committed to maintaining a thriving real estate environment in the city, WDCAR lobbies on behalf of members and promotes issue awareness and grassroots activism. WDCAR's Political Action Committee (RPAC) screens candidates for DC public offices and endorses and donates to those who support REALTOR® business interests.
