The 2005 GCAAR Leadership Institute was a wonderful experience for me. Not only do you get to closely bond with an outstanding group of people, you are exposed to some of the finest thinkers in the country. From the President of GCAAR to the President of NAR to the best expert on agency I've ever encountered plus negotiating techniques, interesting meeting plans......every week it was interesting and valuable. On the other side of the coin, the facility....the new NAR building on Capitol Hill......with the most incredible view of the entire city was worth the cost and the drive. I'd recommend the Leadership Institute to every licensed REALTOR^® to enhance your leadership skills, but certainly it's a must if you plan to lead a committee, an office, or a team. Don't miss it!
