How do I register for a class or event?
Follow the steps below. Be sure to use you member number when registering for a class or event.

Where can I find the courses I’ve taken at GCAAR?
Log in to
www.gcaar.com
using your last name and member number, click on member portal at the top of the screen, my profile and online history.
DC Licensees may also view your transcript at Pearson Vue’s website,
www.pulseportal.com
.
Where can I find the licensing requirements for DC, MD and VA?
On the homepage of the GCAAR website under the Classes/Events tab click the Licensing Information link.

What do I do to obtain my license in DC through reciprocity?
GCAAR offers the required DC Fair Housing course that qualifies you to sit for the DC Law portion of the test. However, please contact the DC Commission at 202-442-4340 for specific details on obtaining a DC license through reciprocity.
Do you offer online courses?
Yes, we have one online course that we are offering. The online course is Mortgage Fraud and Predatory Lending, this course is approved in Maryland only. GCAAR will be offering more online course in the near future. Please check our website for updates.
