Policies:
- The SuperPass may not be used for designation courses (i.e., GRI, CRS, CIPS, ABR, SRES), online courses or for GCAAR's annual conference. (ie: REALTOR® Fest, Summit, etc…).
- GCAAR reserves the right to deem any course offering not eligible for SuperPass holders.
- SuperPass is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- SuperPass holders must pre-register for all courses. No multiple registrations for a class allowed.
- Class cancellations must be faxed or e-mailed to education@gcaar.com at least two business days prior to the start of the class.
- Five no shows will automatically forfeit any further class registrations using the SuperPass.
- GCAAR reserves the right to revoke SuperPass privileges for those who fail to abide by these rules.
