IT'S BACK! In order to make taking continuing education courses easier for you, GCAAR brings you... THE 2010 SUPERPASS!

Here's how it works:

• For GCAAR members who buy a 2010 Superpass during the November 2009 through January 2010 registration period, for one low price (ONLY $99) you take as many classes as you want in 2010.*
• Deadline to register to become a Superpass holder:
  Sunday, January 31, 2010.
• This promotion is available for GCAAR members only.

*The 2009 Superpass (bought during November 2008 - January 2009 registration period) is valid only for classes scheduled during calendar year 2009 (expiring December 31, 2009). The new 2010 Superpass is valid only for classes scheduled during calendar year 2010 (you can start saving as of January 1, 2010). Superpass holders must present their card when signing in before a class. May not be used for designation courses (i.e., GRI, CRS, CIPS, ABR) or for the Capital Area Real Estate Summit. GCAAR reserves the right to deem any offering not eligible for Superpass holders. Superpass may only be used by the person whose name is on the card. Superpass holders must register before attending a class. No multiple registrations for a class allowed. Class cancellations must be faxed or e-mailed to GCAAR at least 3 business days prior to the start of the class. No shows will be charged a $10 processing fee in accordance with the regular GCAAR cancellation policy. GCAAR reserves the right to revoke Superpass privileges for those who fail to abide by these rules.
